From Claudette Rose: My very first memory of Lawrence is when Mum, Dad and myself came home from Cyprus in 1970. He was a beautiful blond chubby child.. He was so sweet, such a happy little boy who loved to play and follow me around, his favorite was to go in the garden and I have a lovely photo of us both out side. I was 15 at the time but I remember very well the feeling of being very proud of this lovely little boy who was my nephew. Bruce and Suzanne were living in Manchester at the time and we came to stay with them for a few days. I have other fond memories of Lawrence but this one is always uppermost in my heart.
